Established in mid 2010, Flamedog Records is the brain-child of Orlando Allen, soon joined by Maxwell Volume, to create the birthing of the website and foundation of the shop and label.

After the tumultuous and somewhat volatile music industry ethics of the 1960′s through till now, Flamedog records is proud to be an ethical transparent record label of the new century.

The label has two primary goals.

Firstly, the actual record Label will be releasing a variety of music genres from well- established and new Artists musicians, DJs and Mcs, cultural up-and-coming stars, creative works and material relevant to this century and what we in this time and generation have ahead of us. Live performance and shows being the pinnacle of its PR and signings.

Secondly, it is an online Shop with new music, collectors items and art from extended Gong family members and closer to home the ‘Allen Alien tribe’. We are currently developing a back catalogue for download, CD and vinyl available at Flamedog records with some of Daevid Allens, Gilli Smyth, Harry Williamsons and extended Gong tribe Classics.
